3 Phase Under Voltage Trip Relay, 250V, 8A

This 3-phase Under Voltage Trip Relay provides continuous monitoring and protection of a electrical system with three-phases. When the voltage measured by the relay moves outside the set point limit for longer than the time delay, the relay will operate and produce an alarm control or tripping signal. Each phase is protected independently.

The Protector Trip Relay is used for under voltage detection in various applications including start-standby generators, operation of mains failure units and switching standby supplies. If a 3-phase system suffers a voltage drop, often called a brown out, the device, such as a motor, can then draw too much current causing damage to the system. A built in illuminated red LED indicates a fault condition.
