The TERRA Pluggable Surge Protection, Type 2, 40 kA, is a 3 phase 3 pole and neutral surge protection unit. Additionally, this robust device indicates that it is installed and wired correctly and that there is an adequate path to earth. A surge protection device discharges excess energy to earth, limiting the peak voltage to a value acceptable for the connected electrical equipment.

Featuring an earth monitoring and operational diagnostic system, the TERRA’s simple LED information system makes it ideal for personnel to view the current installation status. The comprehensive LED traffic lights provide a variety of relevant system safety information to the user, such as undervoltage, overvoltage, open earth, bad connections and more.
