Model 73N Built-in Valve Positioner, Fast Response

Fast response built-in valve positioner for mounting directly on the topworks of an industrial valve. This valve position can utilise the full force of its air supply to drive the piston or diaphragm in a pneumatic actuator to the relative position requested by the control system.

This durable valve positioner incorporates a single-axis force-balance principle of operation ensuring accurate and stable control valve positioning. The fast response time of this positioner is suitable for use on actuators with large volume topworks requiring a fast response action.

Due to increased pilot plunger travel and the larger ports in this fast response positioner results in greater filling and exhaustive capacities, allowing for a quicker response to a change in control conditions and increased valve operation speed.
