Isolated Barrier, Current Driver, Single Channel, LFD
This Pepperl + Fuchs single channel isolation barrier is suitable for intrinsically safe applications supplying SMART I/P converters, electrical valve and positioners in a hazardous area. This Intrinsically safe isolation barrier transfers an analogue input signal to a safe area as an isolated current value. Ideal for line fault detection (LFD).
Digital signals may be superimposed on the input signal in the hazardous area or safe area and are transferred bi-directionally. Test sockets for the connection of HART communications are integrated into the terminals of this intrinsically safe transmitter.
