IC 20 Butterfly Valve Actuator 0 to 90 Degrees, 60 Seconds

The IC 20 Butterfly Valve Actuator has been designed for applications that require precise, controlled rotary movement of butterfly valves between 0° and 90°. This versatile valve actuator can be mounted directly onto Honeywell Kromschröder BVG, BVA or BVH butterfly valves to control gas and air flow rates on gas burners.

Designed for control ratios up to 1:10, an optional integrated feedback potentiometer offers the ability of monitoring the current position of the actuator, this scan function can be used in automation processes.

IC 20 is ideal for basic applications and is controlled by a three-point step signal, and the automatic/manual mode changeover and externally read position indicator assist in the setting of the infinitely adjustable switching cams when commissioning. This enables precise settings even in the low-fire rate range, suitable for processes that require high temperature accuracy and low circulation in the furnace.
